This is a perfect example of persistence, and efficiency.  Once the successful buyer was finally secured, our Sales Consultant managed to deliver the sales agreement and exchange within a breathtaking 7 days and completion within 14 days!

When this property first went to market it had a string of interested buyers. For various reasons, beyond anyone’s control, there total there were FOUR different buyers before the sale made it to exchange and completion.

In true mi homes style, we didn’t give up. We knew this property for sale in Southgate was something special.

Buyer 1: Their chain fell through

Buyer 2:  Changed mind and pulled out of the sale

Buyer 3: Was purchasing as a buy-to-let investment but also pulled out of the sale.

Buyer 4: Sale agreed and exchanged within 7 days completed within 14 days!

Despite this being a longer sales journey from the point of going to market through to completion, both the buyer and vendor were both hugely satisfied with the service received.
