I had an excellent experience purchasing my new home through Mi Homes, and I especially want to thank Pio for all his support throughout the process.Buying a property can be stressful, but Pio was incredibly responsive, professional and proactive from start to finish. He was always available to answer my questions, chased solicitors and other parties whenever things needed moving, kept me updated regularly, and genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible.Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his communication was outstanding. His dedication and persistence made a real difference, particularly during the final stages leading up to completion.Thank you, Pio, for all your hard work and for helping me purchase my new home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both you and Mi Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Amazing service 👌 I was about to give up on a property that I viewed from another estate agent that didn’t know there job at all , I was provided complete wrong info on prices on flats at drake house , I then reach out to Alex who’s proper switched on , I re visited drake house and he knew what I wanted and showed me a number of flats with the correct prices and information , he provided me with everything I needed to know and what to do next with my deposit & paper work etc .. I then dealt with a lady called Stephanie who was also very polite and proper helpful regarding my references and paperwork .Great team and great communication from to start to end … 5 stars 👍

We’ve been super impressed with Mi Homes and how they have helped us with our search - strong local market knowledge, highly professional, quick and clear communication with balanced and realistic assessment on opportunities, and very well polished / detailed presentation on homes that they are selling. In particular, Louisa, is an outstanding agent, going above-and-beyond to help get the deal over the line, and a real credit to the team there! Her colleague, Daniel, also is excellent at viewings with friendly, punctual, and helpful manner. Definitively worth trusting with either selling or buying your home!

Working with Louisa Ataliotis was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Louisa was incredibly communicative, providing updates after every viewing and following up with detailed feedback. Then there was Pio. Oh, what a joy to work with. He was very efficient, super quick to update the PropertyFile App & he has a wonderful sense of humor. I felt fully supported and informed throughout the entire process. I recently rented a 1 bedroom flat through MI Homes and had a great experience thanks to Aneta and Gizem.From the very beginning, Aneta was incredibly helpful. She arranged the viewing smoothly, coordinated a time for me to take measurements for my furniture, and supported me throughout the pre move-in process by liaising with the developer. She was always responsive and took the time to clarify my questions, often checking details thoroughly before getting back to me, which I really appreciated.On the day I went to take measurements, Gizem was there to assist. She was patient, supportive, and made the whole process much easier.Overall, I’m very pleased with the service I received. Both Aneta and Gizem were professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

I had a good experience renting a flat through MI Homes, and especially with my agent Gizem, who was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Although the move-in experience was not without issues, they reacted fast to some of my complaints and arranged for contractors/maintenance to come in. The issues would have ideally been resolved before the move-in, but at least the team was comprehensive when I raised them. The viewing was smooth and I was informed well about the process, and they did not encourage bidding wars. The referencing also went smoothly and is done both internally and externally. As it was my first time renting in the UK, the team was also patient with all of my questions. All in all, especially comparing to experiences of friends with bigger London agencies, I would recommend MI homes!

As first-time landlords, MI Homes made the whole letting process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Their communication was excellent throughout and they were always quick to respond (also using WhatsApp to contact me which I found very convenient). They took care of everything, from photos and listings to viewings, references, and paperwork. We were amazed at how quick the process was from going on the market to our tenant moving in!
