Alex Philippou

Alex has worked in the Property Lettings Industry for just under a decade. He has extensive experience both having previously managed his own team, to working in property management, and has also been a director of his own inventory company. 

He joined Mi Homes as Senior Lettings Negotiator in September 2023 and was promoted to Assistant Lettings Manager in August 2025

His current role involves conducting property viewings and overseeing the lettings process including referencing, building and maintaining relationships with existing and new landlords, as well as business development.

Alex’s passion for property has stemmed from his enjoyment of helping people find their new dream homes, as well as assisting landlords with their properties by providing them with an excellent service. 

In addition, he enjoys constantly meeting new people on a daily basis and building relationships with new clients within the industry.

In his spare time he enjoys watching football, boxing and UFC, as well as cooking and going out regularly with friends and family.
